About

From someone who's been in the room

Tremolo was built by someone who spent years managing live events the way everyone does: a calendar for the date, a group chat for the crew, an email thread for the rider, a spreadsheet for the contacts, and a running mental list of what still needs to happen before load-in. Eventually, the mental list got too long.

Years building production-grade software means Tremolo is fast, reliable on every device, and works offline when your signal drops backstage.

Why this exists

The tools available were either built for enterprise production companies — requiring a sales call and a setup consultant — or they were generic. A calendar. A spreadsheet. A project tool someone had heroically repurposed.

Neither one is built around how event work actually flows. You're tracking a dozen moving pieces per show, switching between the artist who hasn't confirmed yet and the venue that needs a COI, and trying to remember what you still need to hand off to your crew before load-in.

Tremolo is built to hold all of that without making you figure out the structure yourself.

What we believe

Flexibility without complexity. Simple events stay simple; complex ones get the structure they need. A single recital and a multi-stage festival should both feel native, not bolted on.

The right data for the right person. A wedding vendor, a stage manager, and a parent shouldn't be forced into the same template. The app manages the structure so you don't have to build your own.

Mobile and web, equally. Your event doesn't wait for you to get to a laptop. The day-of call sheet check and the pre-advance planning session should both feel right.
