What counts as an "active" team or event?
Active means upcoming or ended within the last 30 days. When a season wraps, archive the team — it stays in your history and the slot opens back up. Archived teams and past events never count against your limits.

Can I try Pro before paying?
The free tier is the trial — it's a real tier with a real feature set, not a 14-day window before a paywall. When you join through an invite link from a teammate or event, you get a complimentary month of Personal automatically when you create your account.

What happens if I go over a limit?
You'll see a clear message before anything gets blocked. You can archive existing teams or events to free up space, or upgrade. We don't cut you off without warning.

Are crew and viewer accounts counted as seats?
No. People you invite to view an event — crew members, clients, parents — are never counted as seats. Seats are for people who create and edit events in your workspace.
